We work closely with each family to create the best schedule fit. You can share preferred therapy times and we coordinate therapist availability. All scheduling requests should be made through Zion Home Health Services so we can assign the right therapist and keep sessions consistent each week.

Yes. We accept most Medicaid plans. Please refer to the accepted plans listed above or contact us so we can verify your child's coverage.

We strive to assign each patient with the most appropriate therapist as quickly as possible based on clinical needs, schedule type, and availability. For case-specific timelines, please call our office.

Therapy may be recommended by the child's Primary Care Physician. Please check the Developmental Checklist provided to determine if your child may need therapy.

We understand schedules change. If you need to cancel a therapy appointment, please contact your therapist and our office as early as possible so we can coordinate rescheduling.

When a therapist is unexpectedly unavailable, our team works quickly to identify alternate coverage options whenever possible while keeping your child's treatment plan consistent.
